We hope that you are pleased with your purchase from Gadgets4Travel, however we understand that there are occasions when you need to return goods to us. Please note that all of our goods are supplied in full compliance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations.
UNWANTED GOODS
If you have changed your mind and the goods have not been in your possession for over 30 days, then you are entitled to return the goods to us for a full refund on condition that you take reasonable care of the goods until they are returned to us. If you have changed your mind, you need to advise us by e-mail or letter within 30 days of the date of receipt of the goods. Your money will be reimbursed within 5 working days of us checking receiving the goods. Please note that we would ask that you :- Do not open shrink-wrapped or blister pack products or break any manufacturer's seals
- Return in good condition all packaging, manuals, etc
Please note that for items where you have changed your mind, responsibility for the cost of postage packaging and the risk of sending remains the responsibility of the customer until they are received back into our warehouse.
FAULTY GOODS
All our products carry a limited One Year warranty from date of sale for the original owner covering any defect in materials and parts. This warranty provides that defective products supplied by Gadgets4Travel will be repaired or replaced at our option, at no charge for parts and labour, and does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, improper maintenance or modification. Once the goods have been received into our warehouse , we will inspect the goods to allow us to confirm the problem that you have experienced. Upon confirmation that there is a fault we will then dispatch a replacement item to you immediately.
In the unlikely event that you need return an item or experience any problems with the goods, please contact us by e-mail before returning the goods. We will then e-mail you back with the returns procedure.
